We got saved!

and Thanks to you, " The Wedding Money Dance".

The last 4 months, we got poor. And the last week, we got really Poor.
Blame it to the inconsistent financial support from the Company my husband works for.This paved way to Zero-Zero in our savings account!

Gee. In not really that worried, because I have faith in the Lord, that HE always provides.

While husband worries for the 3 interviews tomorrow, " we need gasoline, I need a new tie, we need to eat today, and tomorrow"..

And me, out of nowhere, remembered the money pinned down on our wedding gown/suit early this year! So I immediately checked the laptop bag, awed to see Saudi Riyals, Singapore Dollars, Philippine Peso and Indian Rupees.
(The US dollars we have already used up for my shopping in HK hihi)

We hurriedly went to the Foreign Exhange, and Kalas - instant cold cash in our hands that can last us a week!!

Weeee.. Thanks to all who pinned US down, :-) You didn'y know how much you just saved us~

Gymnastics

My sister always enrolls the girls to Summer School, maybe its her way of not seeing them destroy the house all day or making the nanny crazy, or her; who knows, but sure is a smart choice, an inspiration for the kids to learn while enjoying their 2-month long Summer holiday!

This year, they chose Gymnastics.

Wait, what??!??

Yes Gymnastics.

Even Im doped! Those means broken bones, broken legs and all of the above.
Or maybe I'm just an ignorant, an over-acting, over protective Tita.

well, and since the Girls are the Boss, so Gymnastics it is!

Last week was the Recital in SM, followed by their individual performances the next day.
Here are the highlights...


Bea was awarded 2nd Best in Freestyle Gymnastics and 2nd Best in Ball Performance.


Chloe was awarded 3rd Best in Freestyle Gymnastics.
At 3 years old, I wonder how she performed. haha

Dear Blog,

I finally learned to make rice - - the Indian way today! I feel so proud. An achievement equal to being an honor in Grade 1.

For 30 years, I never learned to make rice without using the rice cooker. Dipping your middle finger for the water measurement just sucks for me.

But today, I did it their way and it came too perfect.
I'm too happy I feel like "laminating and framing" the rice.

Mother's Day in 3 Days!

I love this occasion so much more than my own Birthday!

I don't know why but somehow I feel "emotional" every time the 2nd Sunday of May comes. :-) And this year is extra special, because officially, Ive had more MoMs from India, the mom of my only nephew, and friends (whom I'm very envious of) who have become wonderful moms (1st time & for the nth time)..

So today, ive already purchased flowers to My Mom in India and my Aunta & Aunty.
I hope they'll love the flowers I chose for them. Or Else, I'll cry.. :-(

JOKE! My heart is TOO Big to be silly!

Now I have 2 days to come up of something for my Dearest Mom (whom I miss u so much. Tears), my sister, Lany, and sister-in-law, Joy.

My husband is not a known romantic, He is a rockstar after all!
