Sophia Turns 1
Sophia turned 1 last November 28. A beautiful, talented and really smart munchkin...
She celebrated her birthday last Nov 25th in Lotus Downtown Metro (we got lost by the way, went and PARKED in another Lotus hotel, Ohwell)...

Hey bloggy, you dont have any ideaa how busy I am!
Well, Meg is on holiday, that leaves me Richard Dsouza all to myself! Oh heavens..
Then there's the Oman Shipments Attack and Kuwait Customs inconsistencies...
Then Im in the middle of my Riot Photography completion.. Ok, 40% to completion.. OH bOY!
My work turn over when Meg is back..
The husband's visa to Philippines and my OWWA thing.
Then PLuto's registration..
And completing the shopping list for our most awaited vacation.
Fact be told, I dont know how to complete this in 2-weeks time!

Saturday Fun

Took my baby to New Medical Center for a medical check up. 2-weeks-old cough and last-night's fever bugged me a lot.
Blessed be the antibiotics, my baby HAS to skip beer for a week!

My baby took me to Deira City Center to watch the movie I look forward to and only watch in a year. Breaking Dawn: Part 1:
Though I can memorize most of the famous lines (Blame it to the book app in my phone, Ive read it like 12 times?), it still took my breath away. Lovely Lovely Movie.

Its this deal I got from Living Social, a 40-page Hardcover Photobook!
Sounds creative huh!
I wanted to make a photobook for the wedding. Although, I'm getting one from my wedding coordinator, the official photobook. But i just want to do it my way, and if it looks good, then I can send some to Cebu & India.

My group visited the Spice Souq whom we chatted with the Iranians on the blitz and glitz of the business..
2nd Stop + Main Event
Dubai Creek Golf Course
Our acting skills were tested. We were made to re-enact the life in the Spice Souq (wish I had the photos)..
Lovely place to be!
Party Party. Dancing was grand. We danced till we dropped!

During our little housewarming party, I want to cook something for the hanggaws, something the Filipino style.
So I woke up early, youtubed pansalang pinoy, and got challenged on how easy to prepare this dish.
Being the challenged challenger that I am, I told my husband I'll cook the pork. He was like : Are you sure you know how to cook?: I say, Yea! Learned from Youtube.
Unbelievable, but true! I cooked these bastards and they taste as good as they look!
I have witnesses you know, and FOR THE RECORD, I didn't pay them to LIKE these.

Jed's 31st
Last Friday, Jed celebrated his 31 years of existence in Mother Earth!
Boy was it fun!
The food was awesome; Jumerah Beach Park was superb; the games were all entertaining; and we all had a great time!

Moalboal Weekend
Last week, my family went to the beautiful province of Moalboal.
It's Mark's parents' House Blessing; so the whole family paraded a 3-hour ride to this great place.
Moalboal is also known for its nice and relaxing beach.
OK! Enough of all these stories, I will only miss my family & Cebu more...

Our Boudoir - Part 2
The Guest Bathroom (They call it here as "Half Bathroom", what a stupid thing I know)...

Here's our "Tall" Dining Table. Tall as in Bar-like dining table and its very comfy! We purposely set it inside the Kitchen, because when we eat, we don't want to be disturbed by the TV or internet. We want a place to talk, argue, debate, or just simply talk about the problem of the world! :-)

I dont know how Russel agreed to the curtains, maybe he just wants to make me happy or maybe he was just too tired choosing all over again, or - - what the heck, but you have to agree it does look nice!

Brown is cozy, comfy, and nice!
Btw, my husband chose the curtains (nice choice) and the 2-seater sofa is given by John, a good friend of ours who keeps renovating his home. And of course we accept it with open arms!
