Dead Tired

Hey bloggy, I'm tired as a horsy..

Since we got the keys to the new house, we've been visiting 603 every night, after working hours. correction, overtime-working hours.

We've started cleaning and buying things and all those stuff.

Tonight, we took a day off, as we are both struggling with on-and-off fever for the past 3 days. My husband even took the half day leave to rest.

Though tired, we are still excited to move.. soon..

Who's keeping me company lately?

Nostalgia

Tears. My bed of 3 years.
When I was still with the hanggaws, when they left me, when I was alone and brokenhearted, single, fell in love , engaged, and when I got married.

Even if your too-small-a-room-for-me- (smaller than a maid's room ~ if I may state the obvious) I still love you, you know.

I'm gonna miss u roomie and my trusty bed...

Good thing, I shipped to Cebu 3 Chuck Taylors & about 5 sandals, then threw some 3 pairs out.

And Yesterday, I just complained to my husband that I don't have shoes anymore.

Did I ever mention about him?

Well, 2-5 months ago, he joined us, as Over-all Chairman for Daikin Mcqyuay Middle East & Africa. He is a Japanese oldie, whom we call Jackie (Chan) as his screen name. Being a logistics assistant, its obvious that I don't interact with him at all.

Fast forward ~ we moved to the new office, had this informal get together (Inauguration) last Thursday, and he made that short, funny speech, that surprisingly made me realize that I do actually like him.

I swear he could be a laughing stock all throughout High School, too comical.

But hey, he surely talks sense.
Criticizing the old office, inserting Daikin vision here and there, joking around, and emphasizing on targets.

Wow, I hope this new CEO brings more sushi and Bonus in the coming years.. Go Boss!

True enough, he gave me the best news ever that Metallica is coming to town.

It knocked me off my feet, and I could hear my heart's triple beat. This is not good. This is sooo not good.

I know we should be reasonably saving for the new flat, but this one can't just pass. My husband and I now await for Oct 25, to see one of our favorite bands in the whole wide world..
