Cebu Hotels Booked!

Although we have wanted to book posh hotels, out budget has prevented us; so we opted for 3-Star hotels. But hey I made sure I read the reviews 1 million times. ;)

So from Jan 5th-10th, Mama n Flarell will stay in Diplomat Hotel.
Then, once we are back from Boracay, they can stay in Castle Peak from Jan 13th - 18th..

I must confess, it should have been Castle Peak first then Diplomat, this is due to Sinulog festivities,btu I think I booked late. I should have booked earlier..
But Ohwell!!

And so we did it!

we are sooo married..

Here's a recap of the wedding day.
1. We went to work (month end(?) what to do)
2. Russ picked me up at 1145AM, then we picked up Somy, then Neli then Merryl.
(John wasnt able to come as he is still in Brazil (he thought wedding day is on Dec 1st)
3. Embassy was closed when we arrived, waited for 30 mins. bla bla
4. He was wearing white long sleeves (which we panic-shopped the night before) and me on white sleeves too. In other words - we are wearing work clothes. Booohoo
5. We and witnesses signed in front of Marriage Officer.
6. Took out oath in front of Consul General.
7. That's it! And we are officially married. *Gee
8. Reception followed in...... Jollibee.... bwahaha

Last Night of being a Single Lady.....

i'm getting married tomorrow!

Now thats a Red Alert.

Thanks to the President of India, who will be visiting Dubai on Dec 1.

So the Civil wedding was moved on an earlier date, which is TOMORROW 28-Nov baby..

How do I feel????

Boracay Baby

YEY! After extensive research, 1 million hotel inquries and calls (i just cant do without calling them), we have finally chosen where to stay in Boracay.

The criteria?
1. Quiet (good place for Family Bonding)
2. Proximity to the beach (if not beachfront)
3. Station 2 (heart of Boracay)
4. Swimming Pool (for the kids)
5. Reasonable Rate

And we just found what we are looking for in Boracay Western Tripics.
Actually, we almost crashed this in our list because of the rate. Luckily we found a good deal thru Agoda and Myboracayguide online agents. And so YEAH!



They have KTV rooms, Salons and Kids Palyroom too.
Cool..

And WIFI even in the poolside... *wink

Engraved!

Our rings are engraved today and it sucks! It's horrible.

It was done by an Arab and it is just terrible.
But well, when you look at it on the 100th time - it seems to somehow look cute..

We are not rich, but we do have 2 types of Invitation. LOL

One is made in India, and the other in Philippines.

This one is from India. I just love the envelope, with our names in it.

But it isn't so hard to identify which is which..the color alone tells you where it was made from.

Busy Bee found the BM's gift

being away for a week seems like 48 years. I miss my Wedding Blog. (OA)

Fine! I was BZ, in the true sense of the letters.
1. I shipped 2 JUMBO boxes for Cebu
2. My phone charger died (replaced today yey)
3. Chasing documents for the Dec 1 Big Day
4. And suffering migraine and eye pain (is there such a word) Further means, i needed to wear my specs again, which I am currently fighting not to

See? But I'm back. Im soooo sooo back.

The proof: I bought new gifts slash give away for the MOH and BMs. 2 weeks back, we went to purchase the jewelry holder BUT to our dismay, it went out of stock. (good thing I didn't write all my whining that day).

But, blessed as WE are, we found a better, much cuter and lot cheaper replacement today. And you kidding? of course I bought it immediately (it may get out of stock again LOL)

We have really struggled with our documents and requirements since Day 1, yet up to date, we don't know as to when we can finally sleep soundly in bed. *sigh

But I trust the LORD, and I know in Him, we will have a wonderful wedding. YEAH!

Card Holder

Today bought the place card holders for the Primary Sponsors.
A Crown - something irrelevant to our theme hehe, but since this is the only thing we found at a reasonable price, so we just picked it up..

At least its cute. Something our Ninangs and Ninongs would remember us for. Because we are also cute. haha


Got 2 boxes (12 pcs = AED 38).
