Off-Shade

Our off-shade bedroom.

Blame it to the impatient husband:
Russ: "Come on, just pick up anything"

*sigh

Little Housewarming Party

November 6, 2011

Presenting, the 1st Official House Warming Party in Flat 603..
Though we miss Tina and Jay, we still had fun!
Thanks for visiting guys.

My husband's famous drinks...

Lechon Kawali

During our little housewarming party, I want to cook something for the hanggaws, something the Filipino style.

So I woke up early, youtubed pansalang pinoy, and got challenged on how easy to prepare this dish.

Being the challenged challenger that I am, I told my husband I'll cook the pork. He was like : Are you sure you know how to cook?: I say, Yea! Learned from Youtube.

Unbelievable, but true! I cooked these bastards and they taste as good as they look!

I have witnesses you know, and FOR THE RECORD, I didn't pay them to LIKE these.

Thanks to Pansalang Pinoy!

Our Boudoir - Part 2

The Guest Bathroom (They call it here as "Half Bathroom", what a stupid thing I know)...

The Laundry Room (and our Storage Room, hehe)

Then we have our Tub!

And part of the Bathroom (inside the Master's Bedroom)

Then the Fridge and the Oven (a wedding gift from John)

Our Boudoir

And so we have moved in!

A sneak peek of our Boudoir!

Here's our "Tall" Dining Table. Tall as in Bar-like dining table and its very comfy! We purposely set it inside the Kitchen, because when we eat, we don't want to be disturbed by the TV or internet. We want a place to talk, argue, debate, or just simply talk about the problem of the world! :-)

Aaaa.. The Bedroom.
Its Pink and Yes Its PInk!
I dont know how Russel agreed to the curtains, maybe he just wants to make me happy or maybe he was just too tired choosing all over again, or - - what the heck, but you have to agree it does look nice!

The Hall!
I know I loathe brown, but now, brown is brown!
Brown is cozy, comfy, and nice!
Btw, my husband chose the curtains (nice choice) and the 2-seater sofa is given by John, a good friend of ours who keeps renovating his home. And of course we accept it with open arms!

There you go again!

The Home Theatre is not set up yet, but well, it will look like this somehow.
Thanks but No thanks to GITEX, we didn't get any discount! Oh boy!

Mr & Mrs Toothbrush

This cute-find was bought in Honkong during our so-called honeymoon (with the family ;-)) in Night Market.

It's too cute that I've saved this up for the new flat!

And sure thing, these are now hanging in our bathroom!:-)

Moving in & IKEA Shopping Day..

and tiring day....

Red Bull I want you.

Dead Tired

Hey bloggy, I'm tired as a horsy..

Since we got the keys to the new house, we've been visiting 603 every night, after working hours. correction, overtime-working hours.

We've started cleaning and buying things and all those stuff.

Tonight, we took a day off, as we are both struggling with on-and-off fever for the past 3 days. My husband even took the half day leave to rest.

Though tired, we are still excited to move.. soon..

Who's keeping me company lately?

Nostalgia

Tears. My bed of 3 years.
When I was still with the hanggaws, when they left me, when I was alone and brokenhearted, single, fell in love , engaged, and when I got married.

Even if your too-small-a-room-for-me- (smaller than a maid's room ~ if I may state the obvious) I still love you, you know.

I'm gonna miss u roomie and my trusty bed...

Contract Signed

We are moving Baby!... Yahoooo..

We thank you Lord for the overpouring blessings, may this be the start of a wonderful family in the making..

We love you...

Welcome 603 to the Dsouza Family!
