It's Mom's birthday a.k.a. Kids' Day! :-)

The birthday girl is so sweet, she just wants to give the grandchildren a treat!
SO Dad took them to SM, had a bongacious dinner, then head to Playroom and Dino Live..

Meeting my Family

We are supposed to meet my family in NAIA Terminal 3, as they are arriving by 5AM,
but since the birthday boy got super drunk (wasted and vomiting eeewww), I called Dad to pick us up in the hotel instead.

That was 3AM, 2 hours before they're arriving, so I decided not to sleep, but put on the alarm anyway, in case....

The next thing I remembered was disturbing knocks on our room,and me jumping on my feet, and when I opened the door - - I saw Dad (with burning expression) and Bobot..

Dad was like - Russel we need to go now, the car is waiting down!

Holy Crap - I have fallen asleep, my phone's battery has died out and it is 10AM in the morning!

I dont know how Russel (still so drunk) whirled around the room, to change and get our stuff that we were out in 5 minutes..

HAHA!

Apparently, my dad has been calling me but my trusty phone is off, Thank you IPhone, I also didnt hear the Alarm, took 2 hours to find the hotel, and waited for an hour in the lobby (after the reception guy told them, we are already preparing, taking bath and all).

My only consolation.. seeing my family, the kids inside the car, waiting (irritated) for us.. HAHAHA

Well, Our vacation has finally started!

Happy Halloween

I must admit, this time of the year is one of the scariest for me because I've always believed what mom said that the "departed loved ones would pay a visit". Scary, isnt it! just thinking they are everywhere and looking at you. Ohwell!!

But four years ago, this has changed my point of view of this serene occasion! Y?
My sister has chosen this event to be her family's tradition of dressing the kid/s up, and engaging them in trickng or treating (which we obviously didnt experience back then). Furthermore, on this day they have their annual family pictorial. On Halloween? Weird! But that keeps everyone excited, the nannies, the Titos, the grannies and one crazy auntie in Dubai (finger pointing at ME!)

I don't need a date to remember my holy saints and my dear loved ones because they are in my heart every second of my life.

They never fail to guard & guide me, they never scare me in my dreams, they always wake me up in the morning, they are always there to listen to me and be with me, when I ask and dont ask them to.

I dont want to name names because I might forget one and itll become an issue hehe but seriously people, I love you all and I thank you for E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!!!

It's not my Wedding.

I have to constantly remind myself that It's not my wedding.
I can't believe I got so pissed on how they carry the wedding plans of my brother. Its sooooo weird.

Well, to point a case, They want me to be maid of honor.THEY because lots decided about it. Isnt it the bride's SOLE decision to pick the best girl buddy she had for most her life. Heloo, I just met her once last year and I roughly talk to her. Just because I am the sister from Dubai - makes me the famous instant Maid of Honor - that I dont deserve at all. Hell No. I dont want to be the Maid of Honor; I told her that. Honestly, I just want to be the gospel reader or the offerer -but to give justice to bloodline, ok, Bridesmaid is fine,

(I have always been picky when it comes to weddings - esp being a bridesmaid. i vowed that itll only be my sister and closest friends that I walk the aisle with)..

Second point of the case. They want Russel to be one of the groomsmen, Hell NO, just imagine how I went out of control,,grrrr.. Just because he is my boyfriend - whom THEY HAVE NEVER PERSONALLY MET - being him in the guys' list is still not reasonable, I screamed - No he cant be,..He will never be.....

I know I have been over acting - maybe because I dont like their ideas or how they want to be wed. Because definitely thats not how I want my wedding to be. I appreciate their efforts though, and because they chose to hold the reception in a hideous hall over Mariott (which I promised to spend 100K) ; they prefer to hassle themselves by making all these invyts and favors - when they could get a coordinator -- - still does not discount the hardwork and heart they put on this event.

So I surrender... THIS is NOT my WEDDING. I have to gun-shot this in my head. And no matter how funny it will turn out to be, I would still not miss it for the world. because I want to be there on one of the best days in their lives.

Dissapointed and Irrititated, I still love you mom and Bertoy..You win. IM putting the white flag. Let it become your dream wedding. Cant wait.

The Angel

I have always believed in Angels. Both in air up there; and in Bea& Chloe.

On this day, I was blessed with the 2nd angel sent to me. My Chloe.

She has become a very fine, funny, smart, clever yet super nice pedigree.

I can never be so thankful to have her in this world.

well, because of Iphone, I can now open emails at 5:00 AM without opening my laptop.

Anyway, this morning as I flippef thru yahoo - I received a short but very sweet message....

"tiki, magmenyo na baya ko hehehe"

In English;

"Lizard, im now getting married hehehe"

Wooohooo I dumped off my feet and I can not stop smiling..Im so delighted!!
And Im not gonna miss it for the world..
